Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Oversee Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized ABA therapy plans based on thorough assessments of each child’s needs and goals.

Supervise Behavior Technicians: Provide guidance, training, and support to behavior technicians to ensure the effective implementation of therapy plans and consistency in treatment.

Conduct Behavioral Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate behaviors, skills, and developmental progress, and use data to inform treatment strategies.

Collaborate with Families: Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide updates on progress, offer training, and address any concerns or questions.

Monitor and Analyze Data: Track and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven adjustments to therapy plans as needed.

Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA therapy to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

Experience: Proven experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing and implementing ABA therapy plans. Prior experience supervising staff is preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to fostering positive outcomes for children and families.
